The mission of the radiologic sciences program is to deliver a comprehensive educational program for entry-level students and ARRT certified Radiologic Technologists. The primary purpose of the program is the development of clinical competency in conventional radiography and the advanced imaging modalities. The program is designed to enable the learner to realize his/her potential for personal and professional growth by participating in a variety of didactic and clinical learning experiences that include cognitive, psychomotor and affective components. Because research is an essential component of the learning process, students are provided with opportunities to integrate research projects and independent study into their education.
